Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens—we get it. If you need to adjust your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 8 hours may incur a 25% fee, and cancellations within less than 4 hours are billed at 75% service rate. This ensures we can honor the time of our attendants and keep availability open for all clients. Service Upgrades Every space is unique, and sometimes extra care is needed. Situations such as excess pet hair, deep cleaning needs, or organization beyond the booked service may require a price adjustment.
