Cancellation Policy
=== Cancellation Agreement We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. • Changes made within 12 hours of your appointment may incur a 10% fee. • Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior are billed at 50% of the service rate. This ensures we can honor our team's time and maintain availability for all clients. === Payment Agreement All invoices are due upon receipt. • All clients are required to provide a card on file while booking. • Although this is not always the case, a temporary hold may be placed on your account for the amount of service. • A late fee of 5% applies if invoices are not paid after 7 days. • An additional 3% fee applies every five (5) business days thereafter. • Unpaid balances over 30 days will pause future service. Clients are responsible for any collection or legal fees resulting from nonpayment.
